SPW-12 Fully- Automatic Capping Machine is very beatiful, decent and
easy to operate. Applicable for different-size round, rectangular and most
irregular bottles and containers without spare parts change over. Stainless
steel SUS 304 main machine frame and housing. Large capacity floor level cap
hopper to stock caps for long -time running without continual refilling. At the
same time, it highly raises the production capability that far exceed all other
kind of capping machines.Three groups of capping wheels to screw the caps
properly and completely. The third group capping wheels which equips slipping
piece to detect the caps screwed properly or not. The machine will pause
automatically if the bottles are absent or choke in the conveyor belt.
Rejection system for improperly capped bottles and/or missing foil caps. One
conveyer for bottles transmission with speed variator. Compatible design allows
for attaching a counting machine, a labeling machine and a cartoning machine to
become a line-up. Meet GMP requirement.
