SPJ-5 Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is suitable to round,
flat and oval size bottles in the field of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical.
It is able to orient the bottle stand upright onto conveyor, save labor and
high productivity. The equipment has beautiful performance, advanced design,
novel structure. Stably running, low noise, easy operation and cleaning. The
equiment consist of unscrambler and cap lifting feeder. Constructed of 304
stainless steel and shrouded aluminum components. Includes change parts ( PVC
Sorter Disc Plate) for one size container. Variable speed drives, high
effective of bottle orienting, easy adjustable for various bottle size.
Photoelectric controls for automatic operation and auto correct backlog. The
whole machine meets the requirements of GMP.
