Working Process:
The working process
of the tablet press includes filling, dosing, pre-pressing, main pressing,
tableting and other processes.
The upper and lower
punches are driven by the punch plate to move from left to right along the
upper and lower guide rails. When the punch moves to the filling section, the
upper punch moves upward to bypass the forced feeder. At the same time, the
lower punch moves downward under the action of the pull-down cam. At this time,
the upper surface of the lower punch and the middle die hole form a cavity. The
powder particles are stirred and filled into the cavity by the impeller of the
forced feeder. When the lower punch passes the lowest point of the pull-down
cam, excessive filling is formed. The punch plate continues to move, and the
lower punch gradually moves upward when passing the filling cam, and pushes the
excess powder particles in the cavity out of the middle die hole and enters the
dosing section. In the dosing section, the upper surface of the filling cam is
horizontal, and the lower punch maintains a horizontal movement state. The
dosing scraper scrapes out the excess powder particles on the upper surface of
the middle die, ensuring that the filling amount of powder particles in each
middle die hole is consistent. In order to prevent the powder in the middle die
hole from being thrown out, a cover plate is installed behind the dosing
scraper. The lower punch protection cam pulls the lower punch down, and the
upper punch also moves downward due to the action of the lower pressing cam.
When the middle die hole moves out of the cover plate, the upper punch enters
the middle die hole.
When the punch passes
through the pre-pressing wheel, the pre-pressing action is completed; then it
continues to pass through the main pressing wheel to complete the compacting
action;
Finally, through the tablet discharge guide rail, the upper punch moves up, and the lower punch pushes up to push the compressed tablets out and enter the tablet discharge device, completing the entire tableting process. As shown in the figure:
