Introductions:
This machine is designed for cosmetic products with various viscosity, suitable
for liquid, lotion, cream, etc.
Main function such as filling, pressing, capping, output is automatic, simple
operation put bottles, plugs, caps are manual.
Full working process including :
Manually putting bottles/jars.
Automatic 2 heads air cleaning bottles/jars.
Automatic 2 heads filling material. (Driven by servo motor)
Manually putting insert plug.
Automatic 2 heads pressing insert plug. (Skip this process if without insert
plug, can be on/off)
Manually putting outside cap.
Automatic 2 heads screw capping outside cap. (With 2 clamping device to fasten
bottles)
Automatic mechanical hands output bottles on conveyor.
Automatic conveyor output.
Features:
* Filling system: Servo motor control, rotary vale filling. High filling
accuracy, suitable filling high foam liquid, can self-suck when filling water
type liquid.
* The hopper is with liquid level detection system. Simple operation and
adjustment.
* Adjustable molds: suitable for different sizes of bottles. Movable with
caster universal wheels.
* Anyone can skillfully operate without training.
