HG100 Laboratory Dry Granulator
1. Brief Introduction
HG100 Laboratory Dry Granulator is a newly developed lab-scale granulating equipment. By way of vertical screw feeding, it can effectively reduce the content of fine powder in the product, improve the quality of granules and increase the capacity of granulation, so as to make a good preparation for the subsequent processes. This equipment has a good adaptability to most kinds of material and can be used to produce the granules with desired size according to the different needs without any additive during granulating. It has such advantages as compact structure, simple process, good sealing, and convenience for dismantlement, maintenance and cleaning and so on. It can be used for test and pilot-scale production so as to provide the optimized process parameters for later scale production. Therefore, it can be widely applied in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, etc.
2. Usage Condition
Applicable to the material that is unsteady against moisture and solvent, as well as that may denature in humidity and high temperature.
Material: natural and blended material with size ≤0.18mm(80mesh).
Environment: clean room with relative humidity 30-65%, temperature 10℃-35℃.
Power supply: 3AC 380V 50Hz, line N and line PE will not be interfered with each other.
