The machine is installed by advanced control principle and PLC control, frequency control systems so it can ensure the accurate implementation of the various program control and chain protection function, the production process is fully enclosed, it is intuitive and easy to operate.
The feeding system is installed by mixer, it has air exhaust passages, so it is convenient for raw material to transfer. The straight conical stainless steel screw feeding structure to ensure effective feeding material adaptable.
Pressure roller surface is specially treated so it can wear a strong resistance and has good corrosion resistance.
The roller pressure can be adjusted, the circulating water of cooling system can ensure the medicinal properties of the heat-sensitive materials, the internal pressure roller has water cooling channels, the negative pressure cooling circulation guarantee that not to divulge, to avoid the material sticky on the surface of the roller.
The machine has two granule system so it can significantly reduced small granulation and powder, with its special structure, the machine can guarantee the uniformity of the particles.
Using imported hydraulic components, hydraulic system accumulator and sophisticated sensors to ensure that the pressure of the pressing process smooth and low noise.
