SPF10 Syringe Filling and Closing Machine
Features:
1/ The machine is suitable to pre-sterilized syringe ( SCF type) made by BD, BG, SCHOTT and major for china suppliers. Custom designed is optional for other types of syringes.
2/ Ten sync filling nozzles. Two sets of servo motors (YASKAWA, Japan) for accurate row by row moving during the filling operation.
3/ Ceramic plunger pumps. Filling volume set-up and accuracy tuning are executed on touch-screen without any tools.
4/ Color touch screen. Real time monitoring and display of each operating status, vacuum pressure, nitrogen pressure. C/A pressure, fault alarm with position indication, fault indication and record. Multi-languages display.
5/ Process parameters can be timely printed, store and retrievable.
6/ All contact parts are of SUS 316L and medical silicon rubber. Machine is coated with SUS 304 and 6061 oxidated aluminum alloy.
