Instructions:
Reaction tank is a
whole sealed and heat insulation jacked container with oval shaped cover and bottom.
All the contact part of it adopts imported SUS304 or SUS 316L stainless steel
plate. The jacket and hot insulation part use SUS304 stainless steel plate. The
heat insulation material use rock wool or Polyurethane foam and it can also be
other material which the customer intended to use.
The inner surface of the tank can be mirror polished and the roughness can reach as high as Ra ≤0.8um. The outer surface is polished as following: the cover and the bottom will be mirror polished and the remaining part will be mat polished. All the polishment meet international standard.The blending axis is mechanically sealed by hard alloyed stainless steel, with features of pressure-resistant, wear-resistant, leakage-resistant, etc. The product fully meets the GMP standard. It is the main product for fermentation, reaction, crystallization of transfusion medicine, injection medicine and other medicines.
