SWP100 Automatic Cartoning Machine is automatic balcony-style packing
machine in intermittent movement. This machine inspected by photoelectric
switches is Controlled by PLC programs to realize each function accordance with
assurance of the quality of products. Automatic Cartoner. Production Line
Series. Standard Configuration: Main machine, Man-Machine Interface, PLC and
Stainless Steel Cover. The machine mainly consists of major parts:
paper-folding machine (folding manuals) and cartoner. The paper-folding machine
folds the manual and then transports it to the blister-pushing spot and then to
put them together into the carton. The cartoner can automatically take cartons,
arrange blisters, pushing blisters, print the batch number, seal and transport
cartons ans finally put out the ready products. This machine adopted PLC
controlling system, by man-computer operation, wich meets the standard of GMP.
The max speed can produce 120 cartons per minute. The machine can automatically
and orderly arrange blisters and pushed from the aluminium-plastic packing
machine to pack.
