ZCX-4ZD Pouch Filling and Capping Machine
Instructions:
ZCX-4ZD full-auto stand-up pouch filling and capping machine, widely used to package liquid or cream products, such as various diary product, beverage, detergent product, chemical product, etc., is composed of stepping revolving, pouch sending, filling, nitrogen gas filling (as option), washing, cap feeding and cap screwing, fault detecting and pouch quitting etc. The machine is a new kind of foodstuff packaging equipment with reasonable structure and advanced performance and has been applied with PLC and HMI.
1) Main Function:
a) Pouch Feeding: The pouches will be fed to a pouch-sending rack by
manual. (Each rack can hold 60 pouches per time).
b) There is a space which is placed the ink-jet printer. But the
ink-jet printer should be supplied by user.
c) Filling System: The filling system is driven by cylinder with
volumetric measure. 90℃ filling. Storage tank equipped with stirrer and heat
preservation. The filler will not working without pouch. Filling with nitrogen
gas adding. The liquid level controlled automatically and have low level
protection. Filling system can connected to CIP.
d) Washing spout: Sealing the spout and flushing the spout and then
blowing out the
water
on the surface.
e) Cap Regulating and Feeding: The caps will be added to the cap
feeding device by manual. (4000 pieces can be added each time.) The cap will be
arranged orderly by the cap regulating device and be fed into the pouch spout.
Caps are detected in the time of feeding. The machine will stop running when
the pouch no cap.
f)
Cap Screwing: The fed caps
will be screwing automatically. The screwing device controls the screwing
strength by permanent magnetic force.
g) Pouch Discharging: The
finished pouches will be discharged automatically.
