Vacuum Emulsification Equipment Introduction:
A full set of vacuum emulsifying machine by : oil, water tank, workbench, host, etc.
Oil and water tank on the worktable, tanks above respectively with disperse mixer. Workbench as the operating area, with tanks jacket heating, cooling valve assembly.
Host consist of frame, vacuum system, hydraulic system, parts of the beam, and mixing system, transmission system , emulsion tank, electrical system, etc.
The whole machine working process :
The oil phase and water phase materials respectively containers in oil phase and water phase cans to disperse, dissolved, then respectively by vacuum suction emulsifying tank for mixing, emulsifying, shear. Three tanks respectively according to the requirements in the production process heating, cooling ,emulsifying tank with vacuum system.
Equipment main functions :
Mixing, dispersion, emulsion, homogeneous.
Scraping box stirrer, paddle mixer : On the macro stir all of the material inside the tank in order to achieve the effect of mixing;
High-speed homogeneous emulsification device : The microscopic material for high-speed shear dispersion, emulsion, homogeneous function in order to achieve.
