Instructions:
This
machine is mainly used for washing of large dose glass bottles in
pharmaceutical factories. It also can be used for washing other glass
containers such as vials and liquid oral bottles.
The
machine uses vertical gyration structure. It adopts the way of clamping and
overturning bottles with manipulator and the principle of ultrasonic cleaning
and washing by alternation jetting water and major characteristic is:
circulation water,compressed air and WFI are use independent needle,without cross
contamination.needles are inserted into bottles to flush,there is no water or
air loss,saves energy,and has good washing effect. It can observe whole washing
process, is convenient to operate and maintain.
