1 How can I clean
the residues on the machine?
You can directly
wash the machine parts under the tap with room temperature, and dry them with cold air blower or in the air.
2 What is the
difference of the CL model capsule filler?
The difference of
CL model is the screw and nut of the bottom sheet. It has a thumber screw,
which is easy to open and much easier to dismantle and clean.
3 Does one set of
capsule filler suit for all sizes capsules?
No. One set of
capsule filler only suit for one size capsule. To fill different sizes
capsules, you need order different set of machine.
4 How long is the operation period?
It varies from the
model of capsule filler, the operation proficiency and operation period.
Generally, the operation period is 3-10 mins.
It usually takes
4-5 mins of manual capsule filler, while Model 800 takes 8-9 mins.
It mainly takes
6-7 mins of semi-auto capsule filler under proficient condition.
5 Can I fill
liquids or sticky powders?
CN-100 could be
used to fill capsules with sticky powders or non-aqueous liquids, but the shelf
life may be affected to some extent. Not suggested.
6 Can I clean the
machine in an automatic dishwater?
No. Because CN-100
is made of imported acrylic, when heated, it will be distorted.
7 What is the output
of your capsule filling machine and why is it faster than other machines?
This machine fills
100 capsules per cycle and can produce up to 1500-2000pcs an hour. The high
quality and unique design features make it much faster and easier than other
100-hole filling systems in the market.
8 Which types of
capsules can I fill?
This machine has
been tested with different types of capsules, including gelatin capsules,
vegetarian capsules, halal capsules and starch capsules, and it only supports
the use of separated capsules.
9 Which size of
capsules can I fill?
This type of
machine is designed to support the use of various capsule sizes, including
#000, #00, #0, #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5. By the way, we can offer customized
service to produce #0EL and #00EL.
10 What is the
CN-100 capsule filling machine made of?
The main material
for this machine is imported acrylic, and you can refer to the Materials of
Construction for more detailed information.
11 Can I fill
other brand capsules with our capsule filling machine?
The size of our
capsule meets the international standard, which is the same as the aperture
size of our capsule filler. So if the capsule you bought confirm to inter
national standard, it would be applicable.
12 Is it advisable
to replace capsule filler to fill other size capsule by purchasing accessories
of different model?
No. Every model of
our capsule filler is independent, which means you have to purchase another set
of capsule filler to fill other size capsule.
13 What is the
storage method of capsule filling machine?
If you do not use
for a long time, you’ d better place vertically to prevent acrylic from
distortion(Note: The
acrylic will be distorted due to bearing weight).
14 How long is the
warranty period of capsule filling machine?
We offer free
replacement of damaged accessories within one year, which except man-made
damages.
15 What is the
difference between manual capsule filling machine and semi-auto capsule filling
machine?
The difference
between those two is that the manual filling machine suit for separated
capsule, while the semi-auto filling machine suit for joined capsule.
If your capsules
are joined type, it will be better to choose semi-auto filling machine so that
you do not have to separate the capsules manually.
16 How accurate
are fill weights?
The CN-100 has a
fill weight accuracy of±5-7% of weight, which confirms to the GMP
standard.
17 How big is the
machine and how can I store it?
The smallest piece
which measures approximately 18*10*8.5cm, the largest model is 40*35*8.5cm.
Which means the entire machine can comfortably fit in a regular office desk
drawer.
18 Can I fill
tablets or pellets?
Yes, but you need
to control the weight/amount manually.
19 What are the
maintenance requirements?
We recommend daily
cleaning of the machine to remove any powder and preferably washing. The
machine should be wiped clean of powder and lubricated with a food grade
lubricate.
20 What fill
materials are known to discolor CN-100?
Most fill
materials will not discolor CN-100. We have found that beta-carotene discolors
the powder spreader, which can be replaced. Riboflavin does not discolor any
items.
21 How many
accessories does CN-100 contains?
A tamping tool, a
spreader, 4 rubber feet, a handle for tamping tool, powder guard, encapsulation
plate, body plate, middle sheet, cap plate.
