SPM-13
Automatic High-Speed Linear Capping Machine. The structure of this machine is
divided into six parts, i.e. cap placing, cap arranging, cap hanging, cap
pressing, bottle nipping and cap screwing, with each part adjustable
independently according to containers. This machine is reasonably designed with
compact structure and high capping efficiency. Its control mechanism utilizes
internationally renowned brands and the materials in contact with the bottle
and the cap are all consistent with the GMP requirements. Fixed with PLC
Control System. Automatic removal if the bottle cap is not screwed tight or
without lead foil. Rotary type cap-arranging method with stable and adjustable
high speed. Integrating features of both domestic and foreign capping machines,
the optimized product adopts frictional cap screwing with easy and convenient
adjustment, and the screwing speed is adjustable according to customers' needs.
After entry and splitting through the conveyor belt, the container comes into
the friction wheel for capping after cap hanging, cap holding and cap pressing.
This machine adopts the principle of end face tracking friction-type cap
screwing.
