Instructions:
FL Series Fluid Bed Spray Drying Granulator is intended for manufacturing granules for drinking preparation, tablets and capsules; granules for slow releasing; granules for instant dissolved food and beverages; granules for chemicals. Fluid bed drying granulator utilized hot air with high speed to be fluidized and granulates with the spraying binding liquid drop. The size of granules could be adjusted by the temperature, spraying pressure and the quantity of binding liquid. Combine spray, drying, mixing and granulating into one. Make granules with few assistant materials, small dosage amount, low sugar or sugar free. Granule dissolved instantly, drinking preparation easily dissolve out and tablets distinguished easily. Machine works at negative pressure with smooth and cleaning inside surface without dead corner. It is convenient for cleaning to meet GMP requirements.
